Who Am I?

A man with a bald head and beard smiling outdoors in front of trees, wearing a colorful striped shirt, with one arm extended and resting on a wooden surface.

Welcome to my page, loved one. My name is Rayan Fardoun, and I am delighted to cross paths with you.

As a spiritual guide, educator, and co-creator, I am here to support and celebrate you in being your true self. Through coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats, I share wisdom and practical skills so you can feel empowered to trust in your innate intelligence, awaken your inner teacher, and live a purposeful life. I draw primarily on my studies in spirituality, psychology, and neuroscience to help you learn to liberate and heal, be whole, grow in wisdom, and love and be loved. I am especially passionate about the healing power of fun and play!

I spent years training one-on-one with exceptional teachers from various spiritual disciplines, including Dzogchen, Zen, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Chi Gong, and Sacred Sexology. I hold a BS in Human Physiology from Sargent College, Boston University, and an MA in Psychology from the Spirituality Mind Body Institute, Teachers College, Columbia University, where I wrote my thesis developing a neuropsychologically informed model for cultivating harmonious, flourishing relationships.

I look forward to meeting you!
